Each class offers kriyas (sequences) intuitively chosen for whoever shows up. Each of you influences how that particular practice is shaped. All practices are accessible to all levels of fitness and mobility, you are actively encouraged to modify as necessary.

Whether you're an early morning, evening or weekend kinda person, there are classes to meet you there. Yoga classes are live online, via Zoom, an hour-long. Current timetable is Monday & Tuesday 6PM, Tuesday 6.15AM & Saturday 8AM

And, in case of one of *those* weeks for either you or I (cos well life happens sometimes), there is always a back-up recorded class available, refreshed on a semi-regular basis. That way you never miss out.
