I'm passionate about creating safe spaces for people like you so that you can reconnect to your truth, radiance, power, playfulness and your wild.

I believe there's no one quite like you for a reason. I believe that we are all unique and can add something beautiful to this world when we truly feel safe in our own skin, at home in our own hearts, and ready to be responsible with the power inherent in us all.

I believe that the world we yearn for and dream of is going to be created by those who learn how to co-create safe and secure relationships inside and out.

Soul Sarana is my contribution and devotional offering to the realm of relationships made in good faith and open heart. May this be a sanctuary for your soul, so you have a space where you can find your own way back to the true You and begin to thrive in the world from here.

  • Any human who is looking to get more out of life, senses there is additional support for their current journey, lifestage, or challenge. Don’t think your focus is relationship? From my perspective, everything is about relationships: how you are relating to yourself, to change, to others.

  • Reiki is essentially energy healing, bringing a new vibration and frequency to your internal system to improve its flow, balance, and circulation, effectively upgrading your body’s homeostasis to a healthier state.
    From me, expect an initial chat to clarify intentions, a hands-on session that will use a variety of techniques to support your body’s healing capabilities, and a debrief at the end. For you, be open to anything. There may be physical, emotional, mental, and/or energy-based sensations, awarenesses or shifts.

  • What drew me to kundalini yoga is exactly what I love about teaching it:

    • you never know what experience you’ll get - it might be a flow sequence, more energetic, or largely seated. And you have to learn to be open to it all

    • your breath is your guru - it helps you set the tone throughout the practice. You don’t match the breath to the movement but the movement to the breath

    • you are in each posture (still or moving) for a time. This means you have to find what is sustainable for you, take the time to modify, and witness what happens as you approach the edges of your comfort zone

    • you are in charge of your own experience - the benefits and wisdoms that unfold from this are too numerous to list here, but the main one is that you build self-trust

    • you start to gain lived experience of balancing your body’s sensations, mind’s patterns, emotional waves, and energy releases by being increasingly present to it all

  • Coaching is about setting an end goal and getting you there with a single-pointed focus. It is beautiful and powerful where you have a clear preferred outcome.

    Mentoring is more about empowering you on the journey. I offer you a different perspective: pointing out blind spots or old patterns that might be influencing or swaying how you are showing up and acting out so we can try new things safely and intelligently. So much of healing and evolving in life relies on a felt sense of safety and empowerment. That is exactly what I seek to help you embody for yourself. From this place and feeling, you will automatically find better ways of moving through any and all challenges.

  • The aim of these sessions is to support you in relating to yourself, your environment, challenges, and others as best you can. Each session will adapt to how you feel. If we need to get you out of your mind, and more integrated and regulated with your body, we will use kundalini yoga. If you feel worn out/ overwhelmed/ stuck, we may use reiki as a way of helping you rest and reset. Sometimes, you’ll need to be witnessed in your thoughts or to chat through sticking points, in which case we will prioritise that.
